We do not sell contact information to anyone. All contact information supplied to us are strictly for billing and marketing communications with Pillow Talk Direct.

Returns & Replacements
Most items are designed from vintage fabrics and trims. Sewn on brand new fabric. Choose carefully. Return postage is your expense.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments are made securely through PayPal and Google Checkout websites respectfully. Please remember to finish the checkout process on those sites.

Updating Account Information
You must log in to your account to make changes to it.

 

REFUND POLICY:

Refund is applicable to products sold by Pillow Talk Direct. GIFT CARD purchases are non-refundable.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without damage.

To start a return, you can contact us at artfulpat@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be given

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is not how you expected it to be.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Order Processing

Normal order processing can take between 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery

The following shipping methods are available: Standard Ground (4 – 6 business days), Second Day (2 business days), and Next Day (1 business day. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or  Next Day due to size or weight. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages if there are multiple items.

Standard Ground

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions and  will have a shipping cost added to the final purchase price.

Second Day

Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).

What is the "Oversized Shipping" charge?

For some items shipping within the U.S. an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
